“Be. Know. Do. MORE” – a modern and simple iteration of The Sage Colleges’ enduring motto “To Be, To Know, To Do” – has taken off as the tag line for the hugely successful Centennial Campaign for Sage and as an opportunity to tell the stories of students, faculty and alumni.
Every day, in every academic department at Sage, professors and students ask big questions and then read widely, write intensely and collaborate zealously as they pursue sometimes-elusive answers. We spoke to a few, about the classes that are inspiring MORE from them.
STEM education at Sage recently received a huge boost of funding, which translates into specialized support and new opportunities for science-hungry students. Meanwhile, Visual Arts programs highlight the advantages that arts education bring to problem solving and ingenuity.
Generous alumni, corporations, foundations and friends collectively gave $9.2 million in gifts, grants and pledges during fiscal year 2015.
